FIGARO
This is a classical music video I animated for young baritone Michael Lampard. It was my final project at the Tasmanian School of Art, and taught me a lot about after effects. It was selected for the student competition of 5th Ani’mest International Animation Film Festival 2010 (Bucharest, Romania)! And the Primavera Film Festival 2010 (Sydney, Australia). Figaro was a labour of love and the final work of my fine arts degree at the Tasmanian School of Art. It was made using actual footage of Tasmanian Baritone Michael Lampard and a collage of handmade elements.
It has screened at numerous events in Tasmania including Tropfest, and was selected for Ani'mest International Film Festival, Bucharest, the Primavera Film Festival, Sydney and Múmia Animation Festival Brazil.
